Returns and Refunds
To request the return of an item, simply send an email to reso@bombafit.it . We remind you that returns can be made no later than 14 days after receiving the item.
NB all products subject to return must be in perfect condition, with the tag intact, unused and unwashed.
To make a request for a size change, simply send an email to reso@bombafit.it , requesting a size change and attaching the name of the item
Refunds are generally issued to the same payment method used, within 15 working days of us receiving the return package.
If upon receipt of the package, the product should show problems or defects not attributable to customer management, please do not wear the product and forward a request to assistenza@bombafit.it
If after completing the return procedure in your account you decide to keep the goods you can do so and this does not involve any additional costs, you can request the cancellation of the return by writing an email to reso@bombafit.it
PAYMENTS
We accept payments with:
● Paypal: one of the most secure and reliable online payment systems in the world. With Paypal, you can pay using your Paypal account or your associated credit or debit cards.
● Paypal Pay in 3 Installments: To offer you even more flexibility in payment, we also have the option "Paypal Pay in 3 Installments". With this option, you can divide the total amount of your order into three monthly installments, without interest.
● Scalapay: With Scalapay, you can purchase your Bombafit items and pay for them in convenient installments. Scalapay allows you to split the payment into three interest-free installments, with automatic debit to your credit or debit card.
● Credit Card: We accept credit card payments. You can use your Visa, Mastercard or American Express credit cards to complete your purchase quickly and easily.
● Cash on delivery: If you prefer to pay upon delivery, we offer a cash on delivery service. However, we inform you that this payment method will incur a supplement of €6.50, which covers administrative and management costs.
If you choose to pay with this method you will be directed to the PayPal site.
If you already have a PayPal account, log in with your email address and password and confirm the payment. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can proceed with a guest account or create one.
Payment will be registered within a few minutes and your order will be processed immediately.
Before proceeding with the payment you will be asked to accept the "Terms and Conditions" section of PayPal.
For credit card payments we have relied on our partner Stripe

To register or access Bombafit simply click on "Login" and enter your email address and access code.
Every time the order is delivered to the courier, you will receive an email at the email address indicated during checkout containing the tracking link where you can check and manage your delivery.
