What is the Bombafit Summer Challenge?

It's a 30-day challenge designed to:

  • Train strength, endurance and mobility

  • Stay active with daily mini workouts

  • Use summer time to improve yourself

  • Using Bombafit technical clothing as a “motivational uniform”

Each day includes one main exercise, one focus (strength, core, cardio, or flexibility), and no mandatory equipment.
You can tackle it on your own or get your friends involved. Wherever you are.

Structure of a typical week

Monday: Lower body – squats, lunges, wall sits
Tuesday: Core & Abs – Plank, Crunches, Leg Raises
Wednesday: Mobility & Stretching – 15-Minute Yoga-Inspired Flow
Thursday: Full Body HIIT – 3 rounds with 3 intense exercises
Friday: Upper body – push-ups, triceps on bench, plank
Saturday: cardio & legs – jumping jacks, squat jumps
Sunday: Active rest day – walking, cycling, light yoga

Recommended duration: 10-20 minutes per day, adaptable to your level.

What to wear during the challenge?
